The Asia-Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect is an active partner to a number of organizations promoting R2P in various wayCHEGA - Timor, JANA, FCOSS, Fiji, Rohingya Maiyafuinor Collaborative Network Vanuatu Human Rights Coalition, Magna Carta, PNG, Nelson Mandela Centre – Chulalongkorn University, and Cambodian Center for Regional Securitys across the Oceanic region.

  • AltSEAN-Burma is a network of organisations that work towards strengthening human rights and democracy in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Burma. 
  • ASEAN Parlimentarians for Human RIghts (APHR) is a network of lawmakers who use their unique positions to advocate for human rights and democracy. APHR's members work from within and outside government to create a region where human rights are at the centre of development, and where all people can live in dignity, free from discrimination and violence. 
  • Ateneo de Manila University,  School of Social Sciences, seeks to equip individuals and communities with perspectives and skills for local, national and global transformation, in the Jesuit tradition of excellence, service and the promotion of justice.
  • Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB)  seeks to promote knowledge on poverty alleviation that is relevant, useful, innovative, participatory and action-oriented, with a special focus on marginalised and socially-excluded communities.
  • The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Centre for Non-Traditional Security is located at the  Nanyang Technological University, Singapore .Its mission is to conduct research and produce policy-relevant analyses aimed at furthering awareness, and building capacity to address non-traditional security issues and challenges in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
  • The Habibie Center ,Indonesia mission is to promote the modernisation and democratisation of Indonesian society based on the morality and integrity of sound cultural and religious values.
  • Belun Timor-Leste aims to serve society, prevent conflict and facilitate community capacity development with integrity and innovation.
  • Human Rights Working Group - Indonesia  is a network of more than 48 non-governmental organisations working to promote human rights at the national, regional and international levels, using national, ASEAN and UN mechanisms. 
  • Humaniti Malaysia was established to help victims of conflict in war zones, as well as victims of religious and ethnic conflicts taking place in the region and beyond. Our aim is to lessen the suffering of humanity by providing assistance to the victims in whatever way possible, and to spread the message of tolerance, love, brotherhood and inclusiveness across national, regional, racial, ethnic and religious boundaries.
  • Women's Peace Network (WPN) promotes peace, equality and justice. By doing so, WPN seeks to ensure Myanmar is a place where all people can enjoy peace, justice and prosperity and live together harmoniously.
  • Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Indonesia  mission is to contribute to improved policy making through policy-oriented research, dialogue and public debate. This is based on the belief that the long-term planning and vision for Indonesia and the region must be based on an in-depth understanding of economic, political and social issues, including regional and international developments. CSIS research and studies are channelled in various forms, as independent input to government, universities and research institutions, civil society organisations, media and business.
  • The Asian Muslim Action Network (AMAN)  Indonesia seeks to build peace by advocating for change that reflects the importance of humanity and the reformation of the Islamic Education System with the aim of developing the capacity to adapt and interact with global society. AMAN focuses on education as it sees the future of peace-building in the hands of today’s youth.
  • The Institute for Asian Human Community is a research inistitute  loacted within the Asian Research Unit at Waseda University, Japan. It aims to explore track 2.5 approaches between government and NGOs.
  • Pacific Centre for Peacebuilding Fiji works with all communities to reduce, prevent and transform violence and conflict. Its vision is of Pacific communities embracing a culture of peace, justice and non-violence.
  • Leadership, Governance & Human Rights (LGHR) programme of the University of the South Pacific (USP) was established to strengthen the governance and human rights aspects of future leaders across the Pacific Island countries. 
  • Nisa Ul Haqq fi Bangsamoro (Women for Justice in the Bangsamoro) is to empower Bangsamoro women and men towards engagement at international, national, regional and local levels, for the promotion of women’s human rights, sustainable development; and peaceful co-existence of tribes, of religions, of nations, and of women and men.
  • CHEGA - Timor mission is to promote the recommendations of the Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation to institutionalize memory and promote human rights through education, training, and solidarity with the most vulnerable survivors of human rights violations
  • Justice  and Accountability Network Australia (JANA) aims to support global best practice, a whole-of-government approach to accountability, and connecting with civil society and non-government organisations, it aims to bolster accountability for core international crimes in domestic courts exercising universal jurisdiction.
  • Fiji Council of Socail Services (FCOSS) , Fiji, a civil society organisation that strengthens people and communities in Fiji through advocacy and training and strives to eliminate disadvantage and poverty from Fijian individuals and communities
  • Vanuatu Human Rights Coalition is focused on promoting and protecting human rights in Vanuatu and fostering a more equitable and just society in Vanuatu. The Coalition advocates for the rights of marginalized and vulnerable groups in Vanuatu, including women, children, and persons with disabilities
  • Magna Carta, PNG an independant  human rights group based in Port Moresby focuses on supporting survivors of gender-based violence, advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, and ensuring access to justice .It aims to educate, empower and embrace human rights in PNG. 
  • Nelson Mandela Centre for Conflict Resolution, Atrocity Prevention, and Human Security – Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok aims to promote peace, prevent atrocities, and enhance human security, honoring the legacy of Nelson Mandela.
