APR2P has released the newest addition in the Risk Assessment Series, focusing on the Lao People's Democratic Republic (also known as Laos).
Using the UN's Framework of Analysis for Atrocity Crimes, this risk assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors within Laos that could contribute to the commission of atrocity crimes within the country.
