The Cambodian Institute for Peace and Cooperation, in partnership with APR2P, held a discussion on the dynamics of civilian and military authorities and their role in atrocity prevention in ASEAN member States.
The workshop focused on the situation in Myanmar following the military coup in February 2021, as well as the importance of security sector reform and the role military forces play in state-building efforts.
