APR2P, in conjunction with the Cambodian Institue for Cooperation and Peace (CICP), discussed the relevance of R2P to human-made crises within the region and across the globe.
The national dialogue aimed to examine how R2P can be applied to crises in Myanmar and Ukraine, as well as measures regional organisations such as ASEAN can take to mainstream the norm in response to emerging crises.
