The Rakhine Crisis Since 2017: Continuing Failure and Ineffectiveness of International Responses
The Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect invites you to the online seminar The Rakhine Crisis Since 2017: Continuing Failure and Ineffectiveness of International Responses in Halting Atrocity Crimes in Myanmar, to take place on Wednesday 18 November 2020.
The webinar will discuss the ongoing atrocity crimes within Myanmar, and explore lessons that could be learned from the failures of the international community in responding to the crisis. It will also explore possible ideas the international community and regional bodies like ASEAN could use to increase their responses to the crisis.
The webinar will begin at 1300 hours Brisbane time (1200 Dili, 1100 Kuala Lumpur, 1000 Bangkok).
