Researcher biography
Prior to his current position, Time was Director of Research for the Centre from 2010-2014 after his tenure as Dean of the Social Sciences at the University of Exeter.
He is a widely published author of international relations scholarship, having authored and edited ten books and over fifty journal articles and book chapters.
In addition to his academic presence, Tim also regularly writes for websites, such as The Interpreter and the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs and newspapers including The Australian and The Guardian.
