Researcher biography
Dr Ouyang is currently the Mary Wing-Ming Lee Human Rights Fellow at the centre. The research fellowship focuses on private sector and atrocity prevention. She obtained her PhD in 2024, analysing Chinese peace and its practice in Myanmar. She also holds two MA in International Relations, and a BA in Finance. Her research interests are Chinese foreign policy, especially in Myanmar, and the private sector and atrocity prevention.
