Background

Arna has over has twenty years of management experience in the higher education and private sectors. Arna came to APR2P after six years as the Progam Manager for the Asia Pacific Malaria Elimination Network (APMEN), a regional network of 18 Country Partners and 37 Partner Institutions working towards eliminating malaria in the Asia Pacific region based in the School of Public Health at the University of Queensland. 

She has extensive experience working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders from a wide range of industry stakeholders including government departments, foreign ministries, civil society and private enterprise. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff, United Kingdom.
