Kak-Soo Shin

Kak-Soo Shin is the Director of the Center for International Law of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy. 

Over his diplomatic career, he has held a number of positions including the Permanent Representative at the Korean Mission to the UN (2004 - 2006), Ambassador to the State of Israel (2006 - 2008) and Ambassador to Japan (2011 - 2013).
