Trilochan is an RHD candidate at the Centre. As an endeavour fellow, his current research focus is on the Protection of Civilians (PoC) in UN peacekeeping operations. He thematically examines the effectiveness of the peacekeepers engagement in the backdrop of contemporary peacekeeping architecture.
He has worked in South Sudan as well as having served as a peacekeeper with UN peacekeeping missions in Lebanon and Sierra-Leone. Trilochan was earlier a NORAD-NOMA fellow for Masters in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies and spent a year in Sri Lanka for study/research in 2009.
