Background
Dr. Teitt is the Centre's Deputy Director and is responsible for advancing research and building partnerships in the Asia Pacific region aimed at preventing mass atrocity crimes. Sarah was a founding member of the Centre's management team in 2008 and from 2009 to mid-2012 served as the Centre's Outreach Director.
She has spent nearly a decade delivering training and education programs on mass atrocities prevention in the Asia Pacific, including in Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, Mongolia, Japan and China.
She has a PhD, an MA in Peace and Conflict Resolution and a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies.
