Professor Emeritus Vitit Muntarbhorn

Professor Emeritus Muntarbhorn is a Member of the UN Commission of Inquiry on Syria and a former UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the DPRK and Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography. 

He is a Professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok and is an eminent expert in human rights with over 1000 various publications to his name.
