His Excellency President Fidel V. Ramos

Fidel Ramos was the former President of the Philippines, serving from 1992 - 1998. He also served as Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Secretary of National Defense in the administration of President Corazon Aquino.

He founded The Ramos Peace and Development Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting peace and development in the Philippines and the wider Asia Pacific region.
