Alberto Romulo

Alberto Romulo is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Philippines and has served in a variety of other capacities during his career in the Philippines government. 

He has also served as the Chairman of ASEAN in 2007 and in 2017 was elected chairman and director of the Development Bank of the Philippines.
