Loretta Ann P. Rosales

Loretta ("Etta") Ann P. Rosales is a well-known politician and activist for human rights and is the Head of the National Human Rights Commission in the Philippines. 

After serving three terms in the Philippines' House of Representatives she founded Building Bridges for Peace, a multi-sectoral initiative to secure land rights and agrarian reform for indigenous communities. 

In 2016 she was elected as the Philippines' Representative to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights.
