Dr Luke Glanville

Dr Glanville is a Fellow (Senior Lecturer) in the Department of International Relations at the Australian National University (ANU). He graduated with his PhD from the University of Queensland in 2010 and worked at Griffith University before joining ANU in 2013.
He has been widely published, with research focused on state duties to protect vulnerable populations beyond their own borders and the historical development of such duties.
