Vierna is a Program Officer for Community Empowerment for Raising Inclusivity and Trust through Technology Application (CERITA), at The Habibie Centre. CERITA uses the art of storytelling to fight discrimination, promote inclusivity, and build trust within communities.

Vierna is also a researcher on human rights and public international law at The Habibie Centre’s ASEAN Studies Program, taking part in a number of policy briefs and writing articles including one on ASEAN’s approach to genocide and crimes against humanity. Vierna holds a Bachelor of Laws from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta and a Masters of Laws, International Law and Legal studies from University College London.
