Wike Devi Erianti is Program Manager of the ASEAN Disability Forum (ADF), the regional organization of persons with disabilities in ASEAN that advocates for the rights of persons with disabilities and ensures they are upheld within the ASEAN Community. She used to work in the Association of Election and Democracy in 2013 and Human Rights Working Group (HRWG) in Indonesia as the Program Officer from 2014 to 2019 to join human rights advocacy in Indonesia and ASEAN, especially on migrant labour, R2P, and SOGIE, and ASEAN human rights mechanisms.

Furthermore, she participated the 2018 Youth Summit on the Prevention of Atrocity Crimes in the Asia Pacific Region in Bangkok, the 2019 Empowering Youth to Participate in Atrocity Prevention: Young People’s Unique Voices in Atrocity Prevention and R2P, and the 2019 Dubrovnik Atrocity Prevention School. She studied political science and earned a bachelor degree from the University of Indonesia in 2013.
