APR2P has released the latest issue of its Regional Outlook series. The Regional Outlook provides a current snapshot of atrocity crime risks in the Asia Pacific for May 2023.
Countries at high risk of further atrocity crimes include China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Myanmar, as well as the Philippines.
As well as examining individual countries, the Regional Outlook also summarises thematic issues in the region, namely sexual and gender-based violence, and the prevalence of hate speech and disinformation.
